About Our Program
Investing in the Future of HVAC Excellence
Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group, offers a rigorous 4-year HVACR apprenticeship program designed to develop the next generation of skilled technicians. This program reflects the Hunton Group’s mission to “radically improve the environments in which people live, work, learn, and play.”
Located in Houston, Texas, the apprenticeship program includes a blended- instructional approach that embeds technical knowledge with practical field application—equipping apprentices with the skills and confidence to succeed in every aspect of the trade.

Curriculum
The program uses nationally certified curriculum created by the National Center for Construction Education and Research, with each level corresponding to one year of apprenticeship. The program is also accredited through the U.S. Department of Labor.

The HVACR industry is growing exponentially. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Texas has the rate of employment of HVAC professionals nationwide and the annual average pay for a technician is $59,000.
The Bureau also notes that HVACR professionals are highest in demand across all occupations, with an estimated 42,000 current job openings.
