Two Safety Awards, One Memorable Night: Our ISTC Awards Debut!
We are honored and thrilled to share that last night our company was recognized with two esteemed safety awards at the 2025 Industrial Safety Training Council (ISTC) Safety Awards Banquet!
The first award celebrated our team’s outstanding achievement of a 100% reduction in our total recordable incidence rate for 2024, compared to the average incidence rate of the previous three years. Our dedication to maintaining a safe working environment is truly paying off, and this milestone underscores our commitment to the health and safety of our employees being #1.
The second award recognized our remarkable accomplishment of operating for two consecutive years without an OSHA lost workday involving days away from work. This achievement is a testament to the consistent vigilance, teamwork, and safety-first mindset of every team member.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the ISTC team – Not only for the honor of these awards but also for hosting an unforgettable event. This was our first year participating in the ISTC awards, and from the insightful discussions to the genuine camaraderie and plenty of laughs shared with the team, it was a night to remember!
We’d also like to give a special shoutout to our very own Matt Mireles, HSE Specialist, who was one of just six nominee finalists for the prestigious ISTC Safety Trainer of the Year award. We’re incredibly proud of his dedication and leadership!
Lastly, a huge congratulations to our entire team – this recognition belongs to you. Let’s continue to make safety our priority every day and aim even higher in the coming years!
