Hunton Services Celebrates National HVAC Tech Day 2025
Honoring the Experts Who Keep Us Cool, Safe, and Connected
Houston, TX – June 2, 2025 — Hunton Services proudly joins the industry in recognizing National HVAC Technician Day on June 22, a day dedicated to the professionals who keep our buildings running safely, efficiently, and comfortably all year long.
With more than 200 HVAC technicians across all Hunton Services divisions, these dedicated professionals are the driving force behind reliable service, high-performance systems, and exceptional customer satisfaction across schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, and critical infrastructure throughout Texas. On June 20th, members of the Hunton Services team hit the road to visit technicians on the job—in their “offices” on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and everywhere in between—to personally thank them and show our appreciation for their hard work and commitment.
From Rooftops to Mechanical Rooms: Commitment in Action
At Hunton Services, dedication isn’t just a value—it’s a daily practice. Whether servicing rooftop units under the blazing Houston sun or working deep inside sweltering mechanical rooms in East Texas, our technicians perform some of the most demanding work in the HVAC industry. From chemical plants to refineries, they operate in high-risk environments with professionalism, safety, and precision. Our Building Automation Systems (BAS) technicians ensure that control systems remain optimized for efficiency and performance. Meanwhile, our rental technicians often work around the clock, responding to urgent needs with hands-on expertise—even in extreme conditions that regularly exceed 120°F.
These highly skilled professionals are more than technicians—they are the first responders of indoor comfort. Their work—carrying heavy equipment, solving critical service issues, and answering after-hours emergency calls—keeps facilities running, protects vital infrastructure, and ensures the well-being of the communities we serve.
“Our technicians are the heart and soul of this business,” said Kris Hardin, President and General Manager of Hunton Services. “Their dedication to our customers, their loyalty, their willingness to go the extra mile, and their teamwork do not go unnoticed. We appreciate them every day.”
