Due to increased social distancing and safety measures, we understand that you may not have regular access to your buildings or HVAC systems. Our services may help alleviate some inconveniences caused by the current pandemic situation.

Allow our technology to assist you in times of need. With Hunton SMART Services, we can remotely access your BAS system and provide troubleshooting and possibly repair your issues without having to dispatch a technician. If you have any type of remote access to your BAS system like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, GoToMyPc or we can setup a one-time GoToMeeting, etc., we can support your BAS needs and provide informed dispatch for your mechanical needs. This will decrease the onsite time needed to troubleshoot any issues and may allow the technician to arrive with all the parts that are needed. We may also be able to walk you through getting your system online faster or recommend other modifications that may help until a technician can get onsite. Our Hunton SMART Center is staffed with facility analysts during normal business hours BAS technicians.
