Addressing COVID-19
At Hunton Services, we are dedicated to remaining vigilant in regards to safety while continuing to serve our community and customers amidst this Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are maintaining operations and business hours so that we may continue to offer critical services and support throughout this rapidly evolving situation. This is a new territory for many of us, so there are a few action items that we would like to share with you regarding our response to this outbreak.
We have enacted all measures suggested by the CDC:

-Leadership has assembled a task force to monitor the situation and stay up to date on official city announcements as well as CDC notifications. This group is communicating regularly.
-Lots of hand washing
-Routine sanitation of work stations
-Social distancing and working remotely and/or using video or phone conferencing when possible
-Cancellation of large events and gatherings of more than 10 people
-Refraining from touching the face
Like most, our first priority is the safety of our employees, partners, and customers, and we will adapt to the changing situation to serve our customers as best we can.
-Our offices are open for normal business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), but will be limiting nonessential activities such as in-person meetings and business travel.
-Our service technicians and sales team are available for site visits (in accordance with all official regulations and recommendations) and will take all necessary precautions while onsite.

If you are in need of BAS remote support diagnostics or repairs, please call our offices at 713-643-8336. We are operational during normal business hours and have BAS technicians on call for after-hours support.
